Vision

GOeureka launches a patent that waits for the client to be reassigned in order to achieve the best possible value for the space. If the price of the hotel goes down, the new booking feature will automatically recognize the existing lower rate reservation and rebook it, "Rai added.

As a technology partner to hotels, GOeureka aims to provide a seamless web experience and seamless applications without the high commission structure currently used by OTA.

MISSION

"Goeureka launches the re-booking feature, which is waiting for a patent for customers to achieve the best value for money. As hotel prices drop, the re-booking feature automatically detects existing orders at lower rates and re-rates them, "Rai added.

Goeureka also proposed an interoperable loyalty program that would benefit hotels and customers by promoting their own hotel loyalty program with the option to change hotel loyalty points to GO credits that can be used on the GOeureka platform.

"For customers who have subscribed to multiple loyalty programs, GOeureka's Loyalty Program solution can enable instant exchanges and exchanges for multiple loyalty points on a single platform," said Rai. "Blockchain acts as an eternal and secure directory of all transactions related to the issuance of GO credits, creating a transparent and verifiable inventory of loyalty points without the need for intermediaries."

GOeureka will launch the first alpha version of their hotel booking platform on September 10th.

"We will be doing live test jobs on the platform over the next few weeks and have the MVP Order Platform feature ready on September 10," Rai said.

Loyalty Programmes

Hotel loyalty programmes will be integrated into the GOeureka platform, where travellers may earn loyalty points from the hotels they have booked. Necessary APIs will be provided for hotels to link their loyalty database with GOeureka. This will help facilitate the interoperable loyalty points detailed in GOeureka’s official whitepaper. GOeureka will send and retrieve data from the hotel’s database to provide real-time updates for users to track their points and for hotels to track points that users have redeemed with GOeureka. Research shows that 70% of customers do not sign up for a loyalty programme due to inconvenience and time costs associated with registering for a programme . With GOeureka, 1 registration for a loyalty programme is processed and verified in the backend. Customers will only be required to fill up an online registration form or, if they are already registered loyalty members, they only need to provide their pre-registered details (e.g. member ID) and the platform will link and display their loyalty details.
